As part of the team, I mainly deal with transactional processes. I may contact you to obtain documents or to follow up on a mortgage, insurance policy or a new account with us. I make sure everything is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Having worked in a large national insurance company's customer service department for six years prior to joining the team, I have an in-depth knowledge of the industry.

I also like spending time with family and friends. I enjoy baseball, softball and bowling, as well as watching movies. Being the father of a boy gives me an excuse to act like a kid again!
